Bacon and Cheese Quiche

  • 1 Pie Crust, softened
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 8 slices cooked crispy bacon
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie dish.

  3. In medium bowl, mix half-and-half, eggs, salt and pepper; set aside.

  4. Layer bacon and cheeses into dish.

  5. Pour egg mixture over top.

  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

  7. Let stand for 5 minutes and then serve!
