Orange Marmalade Crepes
Bacon and Cheese Quiche
- 1 Pie Crust, softened
- 1 cup half and half
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 slices cooked crispy bacon
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350°F.
Place pie crust in 9-inch glass pie dish.
In medium bowl, mix half-and-half, eggs, salt and pepper; set aside.
Layer bacon and cheeses into dish.
Pour egg mixture over top.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes and then serve!
